WILL MY PRODUCT TARNISH OR FLAKE?
Sabai Metals products’ are hand-crafter from solid metal. That means that our products’ finish will not flake, tarnish, or chip. EVER.
However, as time goes by, you will notice that your product develops a natural, unique color. That is completely normal for metal products of the highest quality. This is called “oxidation” and it’s a process that brings out the different textures and grooves of your beautiful piece. Depending on the pH level of your skin, this process of oxidation will vary.
WILL BY PRODUCT TURN ME GREEN IF I WEAR IT ALL THE TIME?
Although this is quite uncommon, it’s a quick fix! Metals develop a certain oxide layer after lots of wear. Simply wash your piece with soap and water if this happens.
ARE THERE ANY CHEMICALS USED IN POLISHIING OR FINISH?
Our High Polished cuffs use a compound that is completely removed during the cleaning process and is chemical-free when it is shipped to you. Every single one of our products arrives to you uncoated and guaranteed to have absolutely no polishing ages. The oxide finish that we use isn’t because of chemicals or paint, it is due to a heating process and is 100% chemical-free.
I’VE BEEN HEARING “HAND-FORGED, WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN?
The word “forge” literally means “the process of manipulating using a hammer to stretch and create a defined form”.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All of our orders are shipped Monday through Friday, not including US Holidays and weekends. Any order that falls on Monday-Friday is shipped the next business day.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER(S) TO ARRIVE?
Upon payment confirmation, all orders are dispatched within five (5) business days. With custom orders it may take a bit longer, in which case we will always let you know ahead of time. USPS Domestic Ground Services orders take 7-10 business days depending on the address.
In cases of service interruptions or failures caused by events that are beyond the control of Sabai Metals, we cannot guarantee the same delivery dates. These interruptions include, but are not limited to: delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder processing companies.
If an order is delayed because of service interruptions or severe weather conditions, Sabai Metals and the carrier are not responsible for the delay.

Upon finding a Sabai Metal product that you love, add the product to your cart by clicking “add to cart”. The product will be added to your virtual cart.
To make any changes to your order or add some forgotten items, click the button labeled “edit cart”.
If you decide to remove a product, just click the button right below the product labeled “remove product”.
If you’re looking to add more awesome products, just go ahead and click on the link that says “continue shopping”.
When you are ready to pay for your order, click “checkout”, and after then, you will be asked to provide payment information to continue with processing your order. This information can be provided by simply filling in the fields requested, keeping in mind that highlighted field are required to process the order. WHERE CAN I SEE IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Unless you see “out of stock” indicated below the photo, every Sabai Metals product is always in stock. If you are interested in ordering an item that happens to be out of stock, don’t hesitate to e-mail us and we will be more than happy to let you know when the product is back in stock. If you happen to order an item that is out of stock, we will always notify you with an e-mail and give you the date that it will be available. If the item you’ve ordered is discontinued, you will receive online store credit so that you can find another item you love.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can send your order to an address different from your billing address.
WHAT IS YOUR “CANCELLATION POLICY”?
Upon receiving your order, you have seven (7) days to put in a return request. Upon return approval, you have seven (7) days to mail the products back to us. When this time period is up, we reserve the right to deny any returns.
Returned items have to be in new and unworn condition. The original tags should be in place as well as the packing slip. When we receive the items, customer will receive online store credit with Sabai Metals. This credit will be in the original amount of the products purchased, not including the shipping cost. Sabah Metals reserves the right to deny returns on items that have been worn, show signs of abuse or have been packed improperly.
