By completing your order, you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this website. Sabah Metals reserves the right to decline and/or disable user accounts who have committed fraudulent or suspicious activities at any time. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY

Return requests have seven (7) days from date of receiving the order to be accepted. Customers have seven (7) days after approval to mail the item(s) back to us. After this time period, we reserve the right to deny any returns.

Items returned must be in new and unworn condition. Original tags must be in tact as well as the packing slip. Upon receiving the returned items, customer will receive Sabai Metals web store credit only. The amount will be the original price paid for item(s), minus the shipping cost. Sabai Metals reserves the right to deny returns for items that appear used, show signs of abuse or items that have not been properly packed.

SHIPPING

All of our items are handmade and depending on the size of the order, it may take a week to ship items. Customers can track the status of orders by contacting our customer support via email, phone, or chat. Domestic US shipping is free. International shipping charges depend on the courier you prefer.

If you have not received your order(s) in two (2) weeks, please contact us. We will do our best to help you track your order and answer any questions in regards to packaging and shipping. Please contact us immediately if you haven’t received you order, as we will be able to track the package more easily. On average, it takes about five (5) business days to receive your items but please note that Sabai Metals is not liable for any delays due to holidays, weather conditions, postal strikes, and any unforeseen events. We make a commitment to help you find you items, we just ask that you be patient.

Sabai Metals is not responsible if there are missing items due to incorrect address entry or package returns with failure due to multiple delivery attempts, wrong address information, refusal, and cancelled ordered after item(s) have been shipped. However, if items were lost in the mail on their way back to us, we are not liable to refund or replace your item(s). In the event that the address is entered incorrectly and the recipient has decided not to return or refuse the delivery, Sabai Metals is not responsible for the loss of the package.

Sabai Metals stands firmly by this policy so please make sure that the address is entered correctly.

LOST ITEMS

In the rare event that a package is lost in the mail, we will help investigate the matter and locate your items for you as best we can.

We cannot be held responsible for packages after there is proof of delivery. Please let us know if your area has been having mail delivery difficulties so that we can find a way to get your package to you safely. (Contact Links)

WRONG ITEM SENT

If you have received an incorrect item, promptly contact us and a return label will be shipped to you immediately. Sabai Metals will be more than happy to replace the product or offer you a refund upon return of the item(s).
